We proudly provide balloon decor for the Los Angeles area , Orange County, Riverside and Ventura County or up to 50 miles from our location in Cerritos, Ca 90703.
For balloons set up more than 20 miles, we require at least $500 worth of balloons excluding tax.
Unfortunately, we do not ship our balloons. We don’t ship un-inflated balloons either. We actually personally deliver all our finished products. That is why our shipping fee varies by the distance.
Orders should be placed 3 to 4 as early as possible, due to the growing numbers of our customers. Orders placed in our online shop less than what we required will either be turned down and refunded. We serve our clients on a “First-Come-First-Served-Basis”.
Yes, we deliver our products personally. Our delivery varies depending on how far is the location. We also have a special fee if the customer requires us to come back and take down the balloons. Please refer to a particular product in our shop and the delivery fees will show up there automatically.
A responsible adult should be available to sign. We call or text before we deliver to make sure there will be someone to accept. If in case you have specific instructions or changes, please notify us immediately by calling our phone number at 562-825-3867 24 hours in advance.
Yes, you can pick up your order at our location. We set a PICK UP WINDOW as follows:
A. ) 8:00 am – 10:00 am, or
B. ) Before 8 :00 am, or
C. ) After 5 :00 pm.
IMPORTANT! Due to the high volume of set up or deliveries during pick up we may leave the balloons wrapped in plastic secured at our front door ready for pick up. We installed a camera at our front door to ensure the balloons were picked up or by sending us a text at 562-825-3867 to confirm. Highly appreciated.
Sorry but we do not accept walk-ins. We only take orders through our website. We also do not accept rush orders.
Yes. We do have extra fees for take down or removal of decors. You can pick that option when you order the product, especially on big items such as Balloon Walls & Backdrops or other rented items.
All payment made is non-refundable on booked orders. In the event of a cancellation of our service, JuBalloons should be notified at least one week after the quotation form has been confirmed. Postponement of booking made less than a week before the scheduled event due to any circumstances , the client will be subjected to 15% charges already incurred by JuBalloons at the time of the postponement. Remaining payment can be used for future events.
Products paid though our online store, can be refunded, if canceled within 24 hour of order. A written notice of cancellation must be sent to our email at sales@Juballoons.com. Cancellation is deemed final only after you receive our confirmation email of cancellation approval.
Many air filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors. Please note that a space with doors and/or windows open to the outside is considered outdoors because wind, humidity, sunlight can and will affect the balloons. The longevity of your balloons depend on the environmental conditions of the space and we cannot guarantee that the balloons will last any specific amount of time.
All of our helium balloons will generally float for at least 3 days if indoors, but typically much longer.

Yes indeed! Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable. They biodegrade at the same ratio as an oak leaf. Foil balloons, however, are not biodegradable, but are able to be recycled.

No, we cannot guarantee the quality or speculate about the longevity of balloons not provided by us. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation, there may now be enough balloons necessary for your decor design. It is more time and cost effective for you to order the balloon decor from us using our balloons.

Yes! An on-site consultation is available for big events on select weekdays for an additional fee.
